Good journal, solid experience

I ordered The Five Minute Journal a few weeks ago and it arrived in about 6 days. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on their website. I used the standard shipping option. The journal itself feels really well-made, the paper quality is nice, and the cover is durable. I had a quick question about one of the prompts and their customer support replied to my email within a day, which was helpful. It's easy to use and has definitely helped me start my days with more focus. Overall, a good purchase and the product lives up to its description.

Love my new journal!

Oh my goodness, I just received my new Linen Journal and it's absolutely beautiful! The color is perfect, and the linen texture feels so nice. It arrived faster than I thought it would, like 4 days. I can't wait to start using it for all my reflections. I'm so glad I decided to get it. I'm definitely going to tell my sister about these journals!

Decent value on a bundle

I was looking for a good deal on a planner and saw they had a bundle with the Productivity Planner and a Desk Pad. I snagged it during a sale, which felt like a solid saving compared to buying them separately. The shipping took maybe a week. For what I paid, the quality is good. It felt like I got a good amount of stuff for my money. Happy with the overall value.

Mostly good, one small issue

I bought The Five Minute Journal for Kids. The journal content is great, very engaging for my child, and the illustrations are cute. Delivery was quick, about 4 days to New Jersey, which was faster than I expected. The only minor thing was that the corner of the journal had a tiny dent, probably from transit. It wasn't enough to return it, but noticeable. Customer service was responsive when I asked a general question about future stock, though. Overall, a positive experience and a useful product.

Consistent quality, reliable shipping

This was my third purchase from Intelligent Change. I previously got a Five Minute Journal and a Quarterly Planner. This time, I ordered the Best Year Journal. Just like before, the quality of the journal is excellent, the pages hold up well to fountain pens. Shipping was consistent too, it took 5 days to reach Denver, just like my last order. I keep coming back because I know what to expect and they deliver every time. No surprises, which is exactly what I want from an online store.

Quick shipping, good product

Ordered Gratitude Cards. They came fast, 3 days. Cards are sturdy. Exactly what I needed. No issues with the order.
